Payment Schedule Procedure

In every case, technical completion comes first.

  1. 30% down payment
  2. 30% structural completion (foundation, walls, completion of the upper floor)
  3. 20% elevated structural completion (electrical and mechanical basic installations, external openings, flat roof insulation, partition walls)
  4. 10% internal plastering, external insulation, and painting
  5. 10% turnkey technical handover

Property management

We undertake the management of the newly constructed properties, providing a fully comprehensive service that includes advertising, guest reception, cleaning, occasional maintenance, and a dedicated customer service.
