Payment schedule

All payments are tied to verified milestones of technical completion.

  • 30% – Deposit / signing of the purchase agreement
  • 30%structural shell complete (foundation, load-bearing walls, floor slab completion)
  • 20%advanced shell complete (electrical and mechanical rough-in, installation of external windows and doors, flat roof insulation, partition wall construction)
  • 10% – upon completion of interior plastering, external thermal insulation and façade painting
  • 10% – upon turnkey handover and technical inspection
